Is your home Overpriced?

This is just one of the five primary reasons that homes do not sell.  We are in a market that you as a Seller needs an agent that is seasoned enough that they can coach and guide you to the proper pricing of your home.

Where you will know that you have the right agent is if you won’t go below a particular price and they will not list your home.  See a great agent will not list a home (and do you a dis-service) over priced, for one it will be a complete waste of everyone’s time and money to list the home at an improper price.

Another solution is to have other marketing techniques that will allow the agent and you as the seller to work together with these highly specialized marketing techniques to get your home sold.

As a seller of an expired listing it is critical that you choose the right agent for the job of selling your home because the longer your home sits on the market, the more the other agents come to a subconscious conclusion that you are not a motivated seller.

In this changing real estate market you want everyone to feel that you are very motivated so that the buyers agents will go out of their way to show your listing!
